      Pros

      Willing to hire but at very minimal pay without advancement placement... Day schedule, no evenings or weekends yet, but will that change?

      Cons

      Even with 20yrs experience only 9.50 to start, why give up my knowledge?!?

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
