Pros
You can control pricing pretty well, which can give you an edge. Money can be good if you hit sales goals.
Cons
Advancement. If you don't want to be in outside sales, you have to change stores to move up in management. Which leads to managment, your not a store manager your a sales manager. All crtitcal thinking is done at corp HQ and not at the store level. Mandatory 48 hour work week.
