      Everyone is great to work with.

      Cons

      I was a full-time intern for 9 months and was promised a "full-time" opportunity but I ended up finding employment somewhere else since the whole hiring process was super slow!

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
