I didnt work there for long but here are some-
1. Flexible work hours, shifts, etc.
2. Parties and team building activities held time to time.
3. No sir/ma'am policy. Call seniors by name.
4. No office politics.
Cons
1. Unstructured work. So, either you plan and execute everything from scratch yourself or quit.
2. Less office space.
3. Still in the growth stage.
4. Pay less and expect too much.
5. Cunning (not smart) people in management!
