      Pros

      8020REI is a great place to work because you get to have true ownership over your tasks with no micro-management. Middle and upper management is very strong. It's nice to be in a company where owners are fully bought in and work hard to make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Being a smallish company, some days can be long, but the work is extremely rewarding.

      Pros

      It's a breath of fresh air to work in a place where support exists from the top down. A team environment where you're set up to your strength to provide real value to each other, the clients, and the company.

      Cons

      Fully Remote. Not really a con, however strong autonomous work ethic is needed.
