Senior Management never accept accountability. Losing managers all the time that know how to influence change for the better but are held under the thumb because it does not align with Senior managers wanting a nice bonus for cutting costs due to... A massively delayed IPO. Do not join 7 eleven if you want a career. You will become their excuse. My job description was changed in an HR meeting after 12 weeks.
