Pros

Sense of camaraderie, being at the cutting edge of learning technology and great perks. This is the best training provider in the UK and it is a fulfilling place to work.

Cons

Long hour and demanding positions. Your superiors really do expect a lot from you. It also has some of the typical disadvantages of a relatively small company.

Pros

- good salary (if you negotiate it, which is very possible given it's a small company and you can deal directly with the CEO); - informal atmosphere; - decent, high-end product.

Cons

- the sales-driven culture of the senior management is implemented at the expense of literally everything else; - huge turnover of sales and marketing staff in the New York office ie. don't expect to last long; - senior management treats employees (except financial instructors/trainers) as inferior and with little respect. For example I got fired without any inkling my performance was not up to standard or without any guidance on how or what I could improve; - the company is very 'UK-centric', with little priority given to US activities.

Pros

Salary may be good, if you negotiate it. Working atmosphere is reasonably informal. There is some flexibility with work from home, more for people who have been around for a long time.

Cons

Considerably incompetent work-force. Rigid management lacking vision. No individual office space. Revenue figures manipulated often by reduction in work-force.
