Pros
Being the UK Programme/Account Manager for this Germany based consultancy was great fun. The guys in Germany really understood the value of having a native speaker available in their UK client's office at the drop of a hat. Extensive use was made of conferencing technology enabling us all to work as one large cohesive team.
Cons
The team in Germany didn't appear to be able to summon up the marketing and promotion resources of the larger group despite them being significantly more effective at improving margin for the group.
