Pros

Nothing. Its worst company to work

Cons

**My Experience at 7EDGE** Unfortunately, my experience at 7EDGE was disappointing. The biggest issue I observed was the lack of a proper organizational hierarchy. In several cases, relatively junior employees were placed in managerial roles while experienced senior professionals were reporting to them. This often resulted in poor decision-making and ineffective leadership. Many managers appeared to lack the technical knowledge and people-management skills required for their roles. During one backend project, my manager openly questioned why we were even working on the project and wondered why the client had not stopped it, despite the client actively funding the engagement. This reflected a concerning lack of ownership and commitment. On another occasion, during a technical discussion, I asked the same manager several technical questions, but she was unable to answer them and seemed completely unsure. This gave the impression that some managers were promoted without sufficient technical expertise or leadership experience. I also noticed similar patterns in other departments such as QA and Project Management, where managers with only around four years of experience were leading teams of more experienced professionals. Meanwhile, some managers delegated excessive workloads while contributing very little themselves. The work-life balance was poor, with consistently heavy workloads and unrealistic expectations. This was one of the primary reasons I decided to leave the company. Overall, I felt that the company needs stronger leadership, better-defined organizational structures, more experienced managers, and a healthier work culture that values both employees and project success.

Pros

A very good company for learning and professional growth. The tech stack used is very advanced and futuristic. The work culture is supportive, and employees are given ownership backed by guidance. For freshers, this is an excellent place to start a career and gain strong exposure to modern technologies and real projects. The overall process and collaboration within teams are smooth and well organized.

Cons

I have not experienced any major drawbacks so far. The overall environment, culture, and opportunities have been very positive. As the company grows further, scaling teams and processes could make the experience even better

Pros

The workplace offers great learning opportunities with continuous support and certifications that boost skill development. Employees receive regular feedback and work in a disciplined, growth-oriented environment, making it ideal for employees to build their careers. It encourages engagement through monthly fun activities, team lunches for team recognition, and Tuesday snack sessions, helping peers connect better. Additionally, the meal program in the mornings and evenings adds to employee comfort and satisfaction.

Cons

At times, employees feel less recognized for their efforts and contributions. There are high expectations and managerial pressure, which can make it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Work updates are often expected even after office hours, leaving very little personal time during weekdays. The workload sometimes leads to frequent overtime and occasional weekend work, causing stress and burnout when project deadlines are tight.
