Thanks for taking the time to share this review. We do continually monitor feedback to help keep up our positive momentum. As you will have been aware, the start of 2019 saw SevenC3 go through a period of change. Summer 2019 saw the end of our restructure and although the it was hard at the time it has left the agency in far greater shape for 2020 and beyond. We’ve appointed two new MD’S in place of the previous leadership team. They have transformed the agency and have won the support of employees in a short space of time. We continue to invest in training, support and wellbeing and have a clear business plan which is openly shared at our regular all staff meetings. I am sorry that you left before being able to see this positive change but thank you so much for your thoughts, they have been really useful.
