8yI expect this is the same contributor as above but once again, I am sorry that you have felt the need to share your views in such a way on this forum. Some of the comments are purely incorrect and inappropriate. In particular the male dominated culture (Seven has a 58:42 ratio in favour of women, with equal pay bands) However, we value the opportunity glassdoor gives an employer to see the views of all, good and bad.
We certainly have seen a huge improvement in employee happiness and engagement this year and regularly check that we're on the right track with our People initiatives through induction feedback, joiner catch ups, staff forums and 121 sessions, all of which continue to be very complimentary about both the change in senior management and the initiatives in place. We have more to achieve but even so are surprised by such negative feedback which is at odds with all other people insights we have.
