Favoritism is real in most stands, management on a local to corporate level typically does not care about employees, safety hazards such as slippery and icy floors are considered normal and part of the “fun”. Customer experience is held higher than staffs health and safety at times. Do not recommend for anyone neurodivergent or disabled.
