Hi Anonymous, We are a company highly focused on the success of our software subscribers and building a team around that goal. Unfortunately, we do not always successfully hire candidates that are the best fit for this culture. We regret that it did not work out for you, however, we are happy you enjoyed the catered lunch and cookies! Our hope is you have found a good culture fit and are happily advancing your career in your chosen field.

Pros

- 'Google-esque' feel in terms of culture, work ethic, and work environment - Employees who value and respect each other - Product is worldwide providing great exposure to cultural differences in the workplace - Customers LOVE & appreciate the product and service being provided which makes for a really great customer experience - Who doesn't love jammin' out to tunes while you work?! - If you have a good work ethic and think the Power of the Playlist is a powerful thing - You should work here!

Cons

- Glass ceiling seems to be present in some departments while missing in others - Creative ideas don't really get pushed up the ladder, only down

Pros

Really amazing product that is easy to get behind, decent pay, cool atmosphere, lunches provided.

Cons

No official HR department to speak with, or voice concerns. When I started, there were only 2 females working plus the cook/cleaner. Out of 40 people! The rest all males. Being accepted or included was difficult with management. I often felt treatment and favouritism was all but to obvious. The company preaches hard work, but I noticed employees who were lazy and not very motivated or enthusiastic, getting special treatment over others who worked harder.. I felt I busted my butt and was at the top for metrics as proof of that, but was ignored with positive feedback or coaching opportunities that could've helped me.
