- pay is okay, you get paid min wage but after tips it goes up to a pretty reasonable number. i got to ~$21 an hour. baristas and managers are always fun to talk to, but always take with a grain of salt that managers are forced to have incentive to make you upsell too so that they can make a living

they make you upsell like CRAZYYYY, if you dont meet performance goals every few hours you will be reprimanded. the business practices are really not great and definitely do not have their employees in mind.
