      -Work hard and smart, the management personally appreciates - Everyone looks at helping - direct reach to management

      - Sometimes have to extend work hours but it is the parcel of working in event industry with heavy growth.

      Pros

      Friendly and homely working environment. We were given lavage to use and implement our ideas. Good place to learn and implement ideas.

      Cons

      There is work pressure with each assignment,because every thing has to be crafted as per client requirement.So some of the days u may be little overworked.

      It's got a great work culture. The people are warm and friendly and so are the directors of the company. Great exposure!
