There should be more incentives offered to encourage employees to grow in their skills and to motivate employees to continue to give their best to every customer engagement.

Hybrid work is great and the other teammates are great.

There used to be a time when they cared for employees. That has long gone. Profit before people seems to be the appropriate slogan. There used to be a time when they cared about each employee and got to know them and about their lives. Also, there used to be a time when they said they promote from with in and they meant it. Now they bring in a new hire and promote them before all the other long time loyal employees.
