Mixed bag - Business Development Representative (BDR) 7 Figure Automation Employee Review

Pros

Great WFH opportunity for people fresh to sales(1 or 2 years experience).

Cons

Micromanagement of employees, requiring use of personal computer to do work and requiring the installation of keystroke and tracking software that also takes screen shots of your monitors every few minutes. This program also tracks programs in your background. It was essentially spyware. Many of the employees complained about it afterhours. The CEO's manner of speaking to employees was at times insulting or condescending. We lost a client when I was there who contacted me directly afterwards to let me know that was the reason for them canceling our contract with them. Turnover was high Overall just green small business owner mistakes.

Pros

There are no "pros" when working for someone who does not pay.

Cons

Every word of the "My experience: Very Disappointing" review is true. You are certainly not the best boss I ever had, and that was never said by me. You are a liar and failed to pay me what was owed *yet*, but you will, as I have a contract and have filed legal action against you. You did not "introduce" me to anyone. You told me to go beg your other loser "friends" for a job because you did not want to pay unemployment. You are your own embarrassment. I would NEVER work for anyone like you again, so I certainly have no interest in working for your little friends that pull the same BS either. It would be another unethical cesspool like you. You are the farthest thing from a "servant leader" I have ever encountered. I am "dissatisfied" due to you refusing to pay me my money. The contract was renewed and you owe me the money, matters not that you thought you could get out of paying by laying me off. You are simply an imbecile. Instead of complaining about your employees, you should simply pay them. I could go on, but I don't want to waste any more time. I simply want to protect my brand, and expose you for what you really are to prevent further victimization of unsuspecting people. Be on the lookout for your new website, which will be up by next week! Hopefully, you learn something from this experience, and you take more responsibility in the future.

I'm truly sorry to hear you feel this way. It's clear there's a lot of hurt behind these words, and I wish things were different between us. I've always aimed to be fair and uphold what's right, especially when it comes to my team. The situation with your bonus was carefully considered, and the decision was made with guidance from the appropriate channels. It's tough to hear such strong accusations, but I understand we each have our own truths. I'm here if you'd like to discuss this further in a more constructive way. Take care.
