Micromanagement of employees, requiring use of personal computer to do work and requiring the installation of keystroke and tracking software that also takes screen shots of your monitors every few minutes. This program also tracks programs in your background. It was essentially spyware. Many of the employees complained about it afterhours. The CEO's manner of speaking to employees was at times insulting or condescending. We lost a client when I was there who contacted me directly afterwards to let me know that was the reason for them canceling our contract with them.
