Snacks (sometimes), parking, most holidays off, food places around, sometimes lunch is provided, cold brew on tap, kombucha on tap.
Cons
No promoting within. They like to hire either family members or people who are just as incompetent as dirt. Paychecks were never on time because the bank “messed up.” Hostile environment. Upper management is always yelling. Favoritism always happened. Doesn’t care about the employees but they somehow always had money for themselves and their weekly car washes. Lied about designing “original” pieces. Overpriced their product when you can clearly get it for a fraction of a the price at a more well known store. Upper management will lie and doctor documents. Mainly create fake write ups. Constantly harassed. It was the worst place I ever worked at. That’s why no one knows the company. It’s almost 20 years since the company was founded yet they brag that they’re in Nordstrom’s. Yeah a small rack counts. But don’t work for this company or buy the product. It’s pure trash.
