Pros

You will have many opportunities to work overtime

Cons

This place pays many of their employees less than the state minimum wage because they are Tribal. They can't keep employees, so it is always inappropriately staffed There is an alcohol culture, don't work there if you have a substance abuse issue as alcohol is often a reward, if you don't drink you don't get something else instead.

Flexible People who are happy to be there It truly feels like every employee is special Good pay Thoughtful way of showing employees that they care and respect each and every person

Couldn’t find any at all while working there.

Front line people were great

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and how theyre portrayed. Given one awful shirt to wear for almost 5 years. Many dealer shirts have holes in them. They penny pinch and dont invest into the department. Its pretty clear they're cutting that department but no one wants to believe it.
