Be prepared to work hard with absolutely no appreciation or recognition. No breaks or lunches which isn't disclosed clearly during the hiring process. When called out for it management says they follow federal regulations because of being tribal which basically means we don't have to give you those. Nepotism and favoritism run wild if you aren't part of than you become the one to carry the work load of everyone who is. Don't get sucked in with a promise of good tips or slightly above minimum wage pay in some departments not worth the money and your mental health suffering.
