The only reason I put up with this place is that they pay $12/hr which is high for part-time. Flexible if you are not easily manipulated by supervisors 💀
Cons
Supervisor was one of the most toxic and bitter person I’ve ever met in my life. I wonder if it’s the years of working for this company that made her that way but she was genuinely insane. Micromanaging, tendencies to manipulate and making a big deal out of the smallest things that wouldn’t affect customers nor us as employees. She had very strong trust issues as she proudly admits she checks and analyses the cctv footage like it’s some netflix drama everytime anyone that is not her is working. We were lacking staff but everytime we got a new one she would chase them out because she simply doesn’t like them. It was a mental battle being around someone like her. She’s not just a bad supervisor but an awful person.
