Pros

A+ team: here I'm working with a top team, all very talented, hardworking and willing to help. Can learn a ton from each and every one of the team. Growth potential: 643 has a flat hierarchy, start-up style working environment, people are welcome to take up as much responsibilities as desired and grow it into a bigger role. Flexible: as long as you get things down, people are very flexible with work time, location and vacation plans. Transparency and timely communication: all latest news are updated to the team immediately. Higher management is open to answer all appropriate questions.

Cons

Proactive and self-motivated individual will be successful here Working with an A+ team means you’ll also need to be an A+ player!

Pros

The analyst position here has completely exceeded any expectations I had for my first position out of college. If you are willing to work hard, people will notice and constantly put you in a position to grow, be challenged and succeed. In a growing company in such a rapidly changing industry, this meant the opportunity to be immersed in such a variety of tasks and in many cases, autonomy to take responsibility for them. With the exposure to management and visibility I received as an entry-level analyst, I felt like I was constantly learning, being challenged and being noticed. The team here is also an incredible group of very driven people with diverse backgrounds. They’re incredibly hard-working, but also such genuine and fun people. I have nothing but praise for the way my managers here are able to create both professional and personal relationships with the analysts.

Cons

Like many of the other reviews mention, this is a challenging, rigorous environment. While some people thrive in the autonomous “sink or swim” atmosphere, it isn’t for everyone. Because of the nature of the business, it is a very high-volume role. If you can handle tight deadlines, manage large amounts of requests and stay organized, it can be very rewarding, but if not, you may struggle in this role.
