      5Q has strong values that are enforced. Integrity is at its very core. Senior Leadership listens and supports all staff. Trust is valued and given easily. There are many opportunities for professional growth and promotion.

      Pros

      flexibility, autonomy, skill exposure, company encourages upskilling, great company early in your career.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t recommend working here as there is nepotism, and not enough diversity in upper management or upward mobility as promotions are rare. Pay isn’t as competitive with the workload you will put in, common security and technology practices are not taking serious.
