Pros

Nothing, worst recruitment company going.

Cons

This company only take staff on if they think they are going to get some leads out of you (as they can't get their own). Then once they have taken every Clients name/contact details, once you leave they will then bad mouth you to your clients and essentially stop you from earning a living. I would not recommend leaving an agency to work for this one, it will be the biggest mistake you'll ever make. That shows by the high turnover they have. They also make you write a 5 star review about them hence why every review they have is amazing. In regards to incentives you'll never see any prizes they always forget!

Pros

Having worked at 5Q Consultancy since the first day of it's doors opening I can honestly say it has been risk more than worth taking. Armed only with a Laptop and Mobile Phone Julian has taught me how to recruit the right way, a skill that is sometimes lost on others. Guidance is always on hand, 24 hours if needed, within a business model that nurtures and supports consultants from entry level to senior. Every member of the team works extremely hard to ensure they are credible in the market and look after clients and candidates needs/wants. I can honestly say that joining 5Q has been the best career decision I've made and I will certainly be here for a long time building the business and expanding my own team. I truly believe that no one can match 5Q's commitment and professionalism within the Rec 2 Rec market.

Cons

Hogs back traffic......Not really 5Qs fault that. Also could do with a larger fridge on the kitchen, more consultants = more lunches = less space = anger.

Pros

There was always a great atmosphere and buzz around the office, which Julian and Craig were always key in creating. Julian was always accessible and on hand to offer training and advise, but was always keen to give me autonomy in the role. Great guys and great mix of fun, hard work and a mutual respect. Would recommend working here/with Julian and the team if they are looking at getting into recruitment.

Cons

The only con was that recruitment wasn't for me. No fault of the company and they gave me every opportunity to be successful.
