Pros

This company has some highly skilled individuals working for it. I enjoyed working with them very much. They are extremely hard working and kind people. You will have access to a rich wealth of IT equipment to learn a ton in a short amount of time. I have once heard these types of businesses referred to as IT boot camp. It will help you build a great backbone of experience. Other Pros: Flexible scheduling, dog friendly office, awesome staff and peers, location of office, most clients are nice to work with

Cons

Unfortunately the nature of MSP/Consulting work is that it can be demanding and as a result can cause you to have a poor work/life balance. Additionally, sometimes client demands can get a bit over the top. Most of the time if you use good communication with management they will at least try and work with you. Make sure to advocate for yourself regularly

Pros

If you're competent, you'll be given wide access to a staggering array of technologies and systems to cut your teeth on, good for building your IT skills.

Cons

Management is just terrible, all the way down - they try to pretend to be an employee-focused organization, but the moment any kind of strife occurs their true colors will be shown. I cannot stress to you enough, unless you're incredibly desperate for work, do NOT take a job offer here, you will be micromanaged into oblivion while any concerns or criticism will be shot down in an endless hail of meetings and impotent gestures. When I submitted my two-weeks notice, I left an exit letter that detailed my negative experiences and reasons for leaving in a concise and professional manner - the CEO sat me down, and said to my face, paraphrased "These are valid concerns, but we will do nothing to address them, do you still want to work for me?". After my predictable reply, I was escorted out immediately.
