      Pros

      - Family atmosphere - Fun work environment - Training Conventions = travel around the US - Room for advancement - Understanding Management - Fantastic work life balance - Ability to work remotely at times

      Cons

      - Business changed hands after some legal challenges and many things changed, unfortunately not for the better (in hindsight) - Room for advancement seized and employees laid off (several rounds) - Financial Troubles

      Pros

      I love meeting with thousands of our business partners and the feeling of positive energy. People that come together and decide they want more out of life for themselves and their family. I am so happy that there are more people in the world that understand the power of residual income and that telecomm and energy are the next big wealth trends.

      Cons

      The business is not for everyone. A lot of people that failed because of their own reasons but like to say that our company does not work aggravates me. Just because you failed or didnt make any money does not mean that our company is bogus! It means that you didn't have what it takes.
