      Pros

      Good office environment in the company. There is some financial allowance for holidays and usual. Good working atmosphere with enough free time to arrange your own things.

      Cons

      It's a veteran Chinese Internet company, but without the corporate culture of a true Internet powerhouse. Everything speaks according to seniority and there is no good promotion channel
