Pros
Not a damn thing is good about this company. They do not respond to emails, skype messages, or any type of communication. They waste your time with training and then decide you aren't what they want in a teacher. You even have to "sign" their contract saying you won't work for another company. So, I did just that, I put all my effort into this company thinking they were preparing me to teach how they wanted. I took notes, I was receptive to what I was told about teaching and I completed all the extra homework assignments. I completed the video to sell myself to students to be their teacher. I paid extra for good internet, and bought props. I did everything they asked, and then was told good-bye via an email and then was cut off completely from the company. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who this happened to. After receiving my email, I immediately contacted others who were in my class and found out they were sent the same email. None of us were paid and none of us have heard from the company since. Seems like a fraud so maybe I should be happy I don't work for them, but in reality I am extremely upset I wasted time and money with them....So, yeah, my pro is that I don't work for them after all.....and I think people should be aware of this.
Cons
I wasted three months of time on this company with preparing for training, getting the correct internet speed, buying props, and spending money out of my pocket to work for this company. Just to have them tell me, at the end of training, that I wasn't what they were looking for in a teacher. I would really like to give zeros for the stars because that is how awful the company is. There is no communication, no feedback with the training until you are told you didn't end up passing. They do not help or encourage you to do better. It's literally pass or fail. They promised $240 for completing training and the conveniently told me that I wasn't what they wanted in a teacher after I wasted hours and hours on their process. It's really very disheartening. I know my pros and cons are very heated and anything but positive, but I really want people to know they are an awful company that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, or EFFORT on this deceitful company that can't even respond to messages they have been sent. In reality, why should they respond, they think that people will just keep applying and they can continue their cycle. I think they should be stopped, so I am doing my part and writing a review. And for the record, I am a good teacher and I would have been a great asset to their company, but they didn't even give me a chance.
