It is a smaller company so there times when communication is lacking

I've really enjoyed working at 5 Points so far. The team is great, and I’ve had chances to work on some cool projects. Training is hands-on and support is there when you need it. The company keeps growing and there’s room to grow along with it. Good vibes overall and feels like people want you to succeed.

High pace of work, some training blocks require personal time I would recommend this company to someone looking to grow their skills in electrical construction.
