The single defining factor of a cult is the Us versus Them mentality. "Don't worry if your friends, families and loved ones don't support you working here, they just don't understand the opportunity and are probably miserable in their 9-5 jobs." I worked there for well over a year in both Recruiting and Sales functions, by the time I left I was the most senior employee in terms of tenure and never met a sales rep who made over $40k. You will not make money, you will not set yourself up for success, and you will not learn necessary business practices. No legitimate company on this planet operates with these kinds of so-called fool proof systems.
