      I've really enjoyed working at 5.11. The brand is exciting and there's a lot of opportunity to grow and take on new challenges. The teams are super supportive, hardworking, and genuinely care about what they do. There's a strong sense of community, great work-life balance, and solid resources to help you succeed. I love the work I get to do every day.

      Cons

      It’s fast-paced but there’s always support, and you learn a lot quickly.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
