      Pros

      Free food, hybrid environment but nobody cares if/when you show up or leave for the day, no accountability from team/managers, kick back and relax while you have ChatGPT to do your job.

      Cons

      Upper management and C level heavily disconnected from rest of staff. Consistent on going layoffs the past 2+ years to protect annual bonus's. Remaining employees expected to pick up the additional work load. If you're in a bind and need a job asap 5.11 isn't a bad choice but if you want something long term with support from your manager, look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
