      Pros

      Professional and friendly leadership team; always keep you in the know by email communications and willing to help if anything rises up within stores. Just like any other company, no one can want more for me than I would want it for myself; essentially I have to put in the work in order to improve and grow within this organization.

      Cons

      Being a newer company you are constantly challenged by new opportunities.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
