Pros
4xLabs was my second employer and my first 'product company' and startup. It was a very different experience than the previous company, which was an outsourcing company. - CEO expects a LOT of ownership... but also gives you the power to propose new ideas as long as you OWE them until the end (this works for some people (like me) but might not work for everyone) - got to learn much more about the business, which was facilitated through weekly calls organized by the product manager and through joining client calls - worked very closely with the CEO who was always supportive and gave me the energy to go beyond expectations - learned new technologies like .NET Core, Docker, AWS and Angular
Cons
Sky high expectations to not only deliver solutions but also propose improvements and ideas, which was something challenging to me at the beginning of my employment. Too many product for too few people. Priorities changed (too) rapidly.
