Striving to break even. Not a clear, cohesive vision as to which market to target. Management decisions changed rapidly. Resource very limited.

The Wifi market is booming in recent years still, so good future ahead. Working hours stable as long as you get the job done.

Responsibility of each department should be set clear, for most efficient work flow. Too many products for the company to handle, over-diversification.
