Worst corporate culture ever, if you can think of a 'corporate BS' cliche, this is it 100%. Non-competent people taking positions like "head of something" or "senior something" or "chief something", they are not aware of anything what is going on, nor do they care of anything. In general, it was most unprofessional and incompetent collective I ever met in my life.
A cherry on a cake, internal company policy approves and officially encourages employees to watch out for colleagues and anonymously report 'inappropriate' behavior by means of special online tool, that was an official message from the CEO. Big brother is watching you.
Avoid this company by all means.
