Pros

Good cheap products, my team were awesome

Cons

READ MY REVIEW, DO NOT WORK HERE: These 5 star reviews are fake they sent out an SMS asking people to rate them higher. Look at their constant job vacancies they cant keep staff cos they are not good to work for. HR knows nothing they dont help nor change the toxic culture, Dont be like me and take the real reviews seriously. Senior management has no idea they just bark orders at you all day. All they care about is sales. Been in retail for over a decade and I never have I ever seen a company turn over this many staff. No training is provided and you are expected to learn on your own. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE AND EXPECT YOUR SOLE. The CEO is gutless and will only focus on numbers and hides behind their incompetent HR division. HR will not help you and share every word you say to them to your manager. Their IT software is beyond out dated they say you cant use your phone on shift but also tell you at the same time to use your phone to look up their products. They want you to Sign in to your shift with a photo and tell you to sign out on time but ask you to stay back. No other employer will hire you after they see this place on your resume. Ive been past up on roles cos they saw I worked at 4wd Supacentre. So if you are stupid enough to take a job here expect to be unemployed for awhile.

Pros

Strong learning environment with exposure to many areas of the business. Broad responsibilities that accelerate learning and professional development. Opportunity to gain experience quickly due to the diverse nature of the role. Fast decision-making with minimal bureaucracy. Dynamic and fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same. High level of ownership and accountability from an early stage. Exposure to senior leadership and business decision-making. Good environment for people who enjoy solving problems and taking initiative. Opportunities to develop commercial and cross-functional skills. Continuous challenges that help build confidence and experience.

Cons

Five days a week in the office, with limited work-from-home flexibility. Workload can be intense during peak trading periods and key business cycles. The broad scope of responsibilities may not suit those looking for a narrowly defined role. Priorities can change quickly, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
