Pros

Great team and team leaders. We all help each other and not afraid to make and accept our mistakes. Leaders are understanding and always try to do what is best for their employees. I was allowed to work from home on my maternity leave which was for 2 years and now I am back to t office.

Cons

Paid parking and traffic on the way home ;-)

Pros

I decided to intern at 4stay because I wanted to start my own business while in college. I thought working for a start-up company would be a valuable experience which would help me launch my company. I have to say that I learned A LOT from working at 4stay. I am about to launch my business and I will be applying a lot of the things I learned at 4stay. 4stay really fosters an entrepreneurial environment and I learned a lot from everyone working there. Everyone at 4stay were very welcoming. It's such a diverse team which makes it really fun to work in. Derek was my direct supervisor and he brings so much energy to work everyday. I learned so much from him and gave me lots of great entrepreneurial advice. Akobir, the CEO, is very intelligent and very approachable. Farid, the CFO, kept everyone on track during the meetings. Everyone else were really fun to work with including Samar, Kosim, Gulnaz, Azam, Bahrom, and Bob. I would say the company culture was incredible and the management even took some time for some team bonding such as having a picnic by the lake and going to a costume karaoke bar. It's been 2 weeks since my internship at 4stay ended and I already miss everyone. Lastly, the office is incredible. It has the best panoramic view of Washington D.C.

Cons

Make sure to bring a hoody because the AC is cold in the summer.
