      Pros

      Lots of daily autonomy to create your own schedule. Plenty of room to grow within business, provided you show the aptitude and desire. Work is exciting, always new, and challenging.

      Cons

      4Site is a small office, which can be great, but doesn’t have some of the administration or amenities that one might find at a larger office of this kind.
