Good Company to work for if you have Entrepreneur Spirit

Every company has its pros and cons. As disappointed as I was with this company, there is some good as well. The salary was definitely a reason I was initially attracted to this company. The auto allowance is pretty good as well. Company insurance is better than most other companies offer for an equivalent position. Working from a home office is obviously a perk as well. Company encourages you to take your larger customers to lunch meetings which allows you to really build a solid foundation for a long term relationship with customers (company doesn't sell a contract so building a good relationship is critical to your long term success and commission payout).

Expectation is unrealistic. It's all based on how you like to be managed. The senior management here leads by fear. They constantly make you feel as though you are about to be fired as a way to "motivate" you to sell more. If you are motivated by fear then you'll do well here. If you're motivated by high commissions then I'd recommend moving on as the commission structure rather low. Very stressful position, compensation does not match expectation. The company I was "sold on" was not the same company as the one I worked for. I had high hopes that this was a golden opportunity but feel as if I was mislead. There is a seemingly high amount of turnover in sales for a reason which is not disclosed during the interview process. Very disappointed.
