      Pros

      Flexible working and having a Director that is approachable and she is always there to listen to me rant .. always supportive and encouraging. Uncapped commission and Christmas bonus, chocolate hamper and bottle of fizz.

      Cons

      Need more events after work that is not targeted to those that just want to drink !
