      Good technology, flexible work hours, good work environment, mostly nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Poor decision making by management has hurt employee morale. New product development is lacking. No loyalty to employees. More concerned about cutting costs than retaining top talent.

      Pros

      Great company, great pay, great benefits, great people, flex schedule, wok from home. Growing Fast! Everyone respects each other and there is great respect for your personal work life balance. Because the employees are so well taken care, it's a happy group- over all employee satisfaction is higher than I've ever experienced with any previous employer-- very refreshing!
