      Pros

      Director and assistant are nice to work for and knowlegable.

      Cons

      Although the director and assistant director were nice to work for their was favoritism and the owners are now separated and it is a joke. They each blame the other one for the problems and nothing gets done. We are lied to about what is going on and bills are not being paid.
