Lots of hours but no appreciation - Welder 4Front Engineered Solutions Employee Review

Treated like crap by foreman beau. Always yells at people for taking breaks 2 seconds early. Always want more and more after you give them more. Air quality was terrible. no ventilation and most employees not legally allowed to work in us. Use a staffing company to bypass laws as they are "temporary" employees. Makes it hard to get a raise or anything like that.
