Pros
4Front has done a great job of bringing in new leadership that are recognizing bad habits and "well this is how we've always done it" patterns. They are constantly finding new ways to empower their employees to be able to do there best for our membership. If you are willing to put in the time and effort to grow and take on new opportunities, they are great at recognizing and finding ways to give you the opportunities to grow within the organization.
Cons
Interdepartmental Communication is still an area with a lot of room for improvement, As a whole, everyone has to do a better job of working together on tasks to collectively take the load off of each other. Additionally, 4Front is in a position currently of growing from just being a small CU to a large company and there are a lot more task as we transition to better procedures and upgraded software's and vendors.
