      Good technology if able to get it to work. Maybe.

      Cons

      Unprofitable and still relying heavily on investor money, and unable to offer market rate wages. Only accept role if have nothing better lined up.

      Pros

      Growth minded with people not just being resources. Very attentive to individual needs and setting reasonable expectations.

      Cons

      Medical Devices are all new to market and SaMD/AI based. Guidances and Regulations are still developing and demands cutting edge regulatory knowledge. Exciting to keep learning, but it is a lot to keep track of in the WW Regulatory space.
