Pros
I have been an employee at 4Data for more than 6 months now, and it is a lovely place to work. The people and the environment are all very positive and the work itself is usually reasonably challenging. I have been given several opportunities to advance my current position and learn new things.
Cons
Initially, I felt as though my skill set was being under-utilized, as I was performing tasks that were rather simple, but I was quickly given more responsibility. There have been several rumors circulating the local tech-industry, which have meant that other people in the industry occasionally give snide comments. However, my faith in the company has been rewarded time and time again, so although I still hear these rumors I have no qualms shutting them down when they are mentioned.
