Pros
People were great. Opportunities to grow within company were there. You could take on side projects that could lead to career growth in your area of interest. Benefits package was nice.
Cons
Salary was relatively low compared to similar jobs in the area. Management lacked direction. Sometimes felt shorthanded with lots of deadlines piled up.
