Paid very well and received Audi as company car which was a great perk. Also we would have office days once a week to meet with the rest of the sales team and discuss our sales techniques
Cons
The ethos of this company is to mislead customers into buying products on the day of the sales appointment. In many many cases the customer would be 'gently persuaded' by us the sales team to sign their life away on a long lease that would end up costing an arm and a leg. We had to deal with so many customer complaints where the customer would realise only after they'd signed the paperwork that they were paying 10 times the normal price for the phone system! Being paid exceptionally well made this job easier, but as a man with morals I found it hard to continue down said path of deception!
